Just trying to keep everything ticking over while i focus on getting back to my best on deadlift to make another run at 900lbs. Felt surprisingly strong today, i credit it to the fact I've actually been getting a full nights sleep the last few days. | ||

Trunk twists/1 arm barbell press - 2 supersets. Trialling a 2.5 sessions a week approach so hopefully I've a little more energy when I train. Pretty happy with today, possibly the fastest 310 I've ever pulled. | ||
