One leg pressed my face off with green bands - managed 12 reps, added 20kg and got 8, tried 40kg and got 2
Did some upper body things - nothing exciting

Yesterday was bench - 3 sets of 5 at 100
Plus some accessory stuff and some rows and pulldowns

Today was squat 140 x 5, some tempo work with 100 followed by some normal reps
Then some accessory work

Yesterday benching with 100 again for 5 sets of 3 and accessory stuff

Today was Deads to 160 x 5 and some beltless squats 120 x 5 and 140 x 8 trap bar deads straight after. Some hacks to finish

Not sure if I’ll log everything but I should start to write stuff down.

Signed up to my annual competition on the 3rd August

Last year I did 170/140/210

Haven’t got anywhere near that since then so we will see what happens

Today was

SSB squats
100 x 3 for 6 sets

Bench
120 x 3, 110 x 3 for 2 sets and 110 x 2

Bench dumbbell rows
30 x 10 for 2 sets

This morning was squats to an easy 140 then 112 x 5 for 4 sets
Bench to an easy 125 then 95 x 5 for 4 sets
Overheads 60 x 5 and 50 x 8 for 2 sets
Cable rows for 3 sets of 8

Likewise, I've filled in the forms and have paid my dues but I await some other people to drop out. If I'm not competing I'll prop myself up to load, if they'll have me.

Today was squats and bench

Squat to 150 and 115 x 5 (4 sets)
Bench to 127 and 97 x 5 (4 sets)
Then 3 sets of 8 with 50 on overheads
