Signed up to my annual competition on the 3rd August Last year I did 170/140/210 Haven’t got anywhere near that since then so we will see what happens Today was SSB squats 100 x 3 for 6 sets Bench 120 x 3, 110 x 3 for 2 sets and 110 x 2 Bench dumbbell rows 30 x 10 for 2 sets | ||
