Elbows down to tight shoulders I think with the 4 day benching as shoulders playing up. Added in some dislocations and whatnot daily

Im a bit pissed off but only had an hour to train today. I was too rough to train yesterday and missed Thurs Due to works leaving do.

Missed squat and deadline volume.

Start new job Monday and going to have to swap few things about and move gyms/ train after little un's bedtime etc

They have bars like that so you can't lift the heAvy weights. LA Fitness has thes rubber weights that you can barely put 5 big ones on each side. Strap up partial Deads and slam the darn bar already. Bend it don't break it. You will be happy.

Of course you can bend the bar on the pins. Bend the pins too if possible. Thank you!

Haha yeah. After bench pressing I got talking to a chap who explained there was a platform where they prefer you to deadlift(Inc bumpers haha) the lad there was using a 17.5kg bar and it was better, used that for deficits
