Felt good, decent speed. 2. RDL 3x8x140. Solid but challenging. 3. Sandbag to shoulder 90ish kg 2x30s (3 reps/5 reps). A bit slow on the first set. More aggressive on the second. 4. Toes to bar 3x8 | ||

I'm in my second year of moving back to a 50/50 cardio and strength focus, and both the strongest I've ever been at this bodyweight and the weakest I've been since 2013. Since I'm going to have to youtube stuff for my coach I might post again once in a while, but it's mostly going to be superlight weightlifting drills so I may stick to lurking. | ||
