I know the relationship between reps and 1RM is a bit tenuous with those kind of numbers, but according to the spreadsheet I'm entering some interesting territory. Cool Some reps were a bit rushed, lower back wasn't as solid as it should be.

I don't follow a plan for OHP, did a mixture of seated db press and strict press. But always got in plenty of volume. My 5RM was 72.5kg when I managed a 90kg strict press. Would be surprised if you couldn't hit that now!

I definitely need to do more volume.

My rep-to-1RM maths are usually pretty reliable. I might try 87.5 next week just to get a PB, but 90 would be a pleasant surprise.

Not before the end of June. I've got a 200xreps friendly competition on June 7th and 240xreps as a strongman event on the 21st, so I'll just keep working on reps until then. I'll probably test out my bench and squat as well at that point, then start a new cycle/programme.

I love/hate rope climbs and am determined to improve. Our ropes are a bit thin, my hands and grip take a beating.
