580 x 1 felt rattled but got it leg felt bad but suprizingly no damage I understanding to me. Perhaps 90% up injury is due to stupidity of fear or that's how you can give your aquaitences excuse valid. I been there o so many times.
Well lots of other stuff but does this not even to hold water become the cup.

just got done security watching this bodybuilder in this millionaires house. Named the Smart House in Mount Washington in Pittsburgh PA. You wouldn't believe the thing I see and I'll never tell. Anyhow, before this, I did small log.
Up to 150 many sets and reps strict from ground. Good choice to be pumped up for my unbelievably odd day. Seriously though, It is mostly odd by not my doing. I must erase what I see and turn the page. Back to my garage tomarrow. My church of iron.

Thank you danny. I think your right.

Bench top was 300 x 1 x 5sets long pause. I am solid with 300. Anything else will be icing on the cake.
Dumbell Bench 85 x 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps
Mukltigrip inside grip 140 v 10 v 4
Cramps made me end this session. Too much milk.

Today George nearly bit it at 330, so when it was my turn after 440, he told me that the squat was very clean and that next week I can shoot for the stars. Hmmmm. Anyway, lots of leg stuff then chillin like a villin from billin. Benny got hurt benching 330 on Friday and was complaining that he is out of the comp. It seems that if I go low bar, I may be able to get much more poundage. Research I will do. I usually have the bar way up high on my lower neck. I wish I would of studied this at an early age because I may be stronger, but I bodybuided and could care less.

Maultigrip the same. I have a chest cold and have been pushing my work load. Remember my friends, it was never you, only your ability to provide for others that keeps you from being kicked out. Mans best friend is his dog. No matter how strong the competitors are, your dog will take a chunk out of them if you are in danger. Say that for a friend or girlfriend.

Last night after lifting I drank beer and stayed up late with my buddies that needed my attention. Today I felt weak and drained. Got to 505 and bailed out of the rest of my workout. I was cold and so was my injured hamstring. I hope I made the right decision bailing only after completing 505. It felt heavy as shiiite and I my of gotten injured. I wont do this again. Baf move seeing a comp is nearer rather than farther away...
