I am on my third rolling thunder and everyone that texted out wants to borrow it then they want to buy it then I sell it and I have to buy another one but I like the fact that it makes him happy so I seldom but I wish I wouldíve kept it I mean the first one because itís the same like a better one or maybe it was just my imagination in my old age that I do not remember

I'll look at getting one. I have embarked on a new adventure training my pronators and forearms and it may very well be just the tool for the job.

Training is the answer to many questions! Being blessed to train is indeed a book with answers. The ones who dig the iron cannot get enough of it as of beauty shake like a junkie when taken away like a magnet looking for a pole to attach to. Hurt it must we must leave go to find answers to get closer and smash it into your bones. I seen bad get badder but in a better way. Be strong my friends. Block your mind in iron so thick no waves can penetrate. I train with goat in silence hoping my left wrist can withstand the stone I lift.300 my friends dig in and find the barriers narrow. A handful of friends we will outlive outlift yhe brains of negativity.

Yesterday I trained but now I post. Fart bubbles out my mind traced a new scent. A potatoes with them whatever growing out of them like they are reaching like me reaching.

Train with my brother he didnít like them too much not a fan of yolks quotes from him

Yoke squats sound tough.
Do they go as low as normal squats or do you start from a higher position?

You said about the benching twice a week being good for you. Then you said about the being in mcdonalds then having to jump on the platform and compete. Did you lift ok with no warm up?

P.s. I also wonder where Kirkynick went. i haven't seen him since I came back to Sugden.

Thereís a difference when one thing is said to another in the heat of the moment. I will never swim in their pool. I am not when I say I am not. Donít say mean things mean droplets suck.anyway Today I did a ton of venting I put my super heavy bench outside and also did take more dumbbell bench press for a very long time a lot of volume in some nice wait
I did 204 speed reps of five the next set I will do the same weight for one rep of two second pause for the bench with the dumbbells are used 90 pounds in the sets of five until I fatigued again with long breaks out in the sun as I am lysed my situation

Yep no warm up at Nats. This dud that squats a 1000 came over the me all frantic. Neil, if I cannot make light out of an insane thing to do is not normal. Why look like a psycho? How does that help really! As the ref said to me hundreds of matches shake hands wrestleÖ

I am bad at explaining but I really hope you get this I put the pins hi so itís just a little PP squat then I go and I drop the pins down so I go deeper and deeper until I bought them out itís a lot of fun I pick one heavy weight. And a long warm-up itís like I go up I go downWith the pins so that my old knees are ready for the big time when I get done with the cat fish in the mud

I think that big man Paul Anderson used to stay with the same weight and squat deeper and deeper back in the day. I also heard he used to squat in the river to make it tougher with his big axle and wheels!

I was a defensive wrestler, Billy. So before a match I used to go have a lay down until it was time to warm up for the first match of the day. I used to wear bits of pink and they guys would try like hell right away. Wearing pink always seemed to get their adrenaline pumping, so I did the opposite and stayed as calm as I could until the first 90 seconds was gone and they were a little burnt out.
My game was saving energy because I was never the strongest man in the fight physically.
