Never until I say mean man. He bent my thumb to see what was up. x rays mri bah. I deadlifted light. No more than 400 pounds for 4. It held up. The only thing that wobbled was my right knee because of cortisone shot last Thursday.

Going to work up til I get to 550 for 9 by august. I'm going reeeeeal slow and steady this new season. I got hurt at 575 or something close and missed it last August when I worked all weekend tried it in anger then ripppp. Stupid stupid ass stupid. And my s**t is true.

I will film it without fake weights or I will do something nice for my worst enemy's.

Farmers walk 5 sets 150 pounds 100 feet X 3 sets
Duck walk. 10 sets 300 pounds 20 feet
Easy curl bar 75 pounds 4 sets 8 reps
Stepping up in my garage with duck walk loose knee popped out. It is normal but it is still weak and loose yet.
Slow speed at this point.
I hate puy weights but I would be doing nothing for weeks. I am getting depressed because of injuries but I will carry on. You will have a battle if you are in my division. It is always like this now. I got to drink more water. Water. I am cutting out pop and upping my protein. I was so behind in my work. I am caught up. Cutting out 2 jobs and becoming very spiritual about this. One thing I never miss a workout no matter how chappy it be.

Did some step ups on to an 18 inch self designed super 300 pound heavy metal table.
Weight on bar on back. Went heavy last rep
Switch to squats from top of table. Felt like I was on top of the world up there. Had spotter on rep last down. Next a tweet of some Jefferson lift. 4 sets each side super strick form.

I don't like going to gyms, but just didn't feel like being outside. As* to face gym I'll call the local gym. 1 dude deadlifting 1 plate. Did tricep bailed. I couldn't see pulling 500 0 more pounds there unless you wanted an in your face audience. I just thought when they all looked at me as an outsider. I wanted to put on 495 hit it no warm up leave the weights on an leave. I got to get used to people in gyms again here comes winter.i need a place to lift other than my strongman gym. No heat sometimes gets on my nerves

Tied 3 stack plates to a small kids bicycle inner tube. Made 2 and did lateral bouncy raises.
Then I did real slow duck walk wobble 10 feet 45 seconds back forth over and over. I like to do things real slow a percentage of my workouts. Just got a shot of cortisone in my shoulder. Farmers Tommarrow

I noticed that when you outdo big dudes they kind of snort. Did presses in rack. 6 years ago I was so much stronger. 52 years and hanging. On track trying to man up and push through the sickness of old man fatigue. purpose? Neck hurting. Left side front. Going to start put ton plate on head laying on end of bench and front neck curling. And neck machine. Wow. Straps work good on Olympic bars.
When I hide from my weights and don't train my bones/joint/muscle pain is worse than if I load my body with let's say yoke, my bones/joint pain is less.
I would think serious lifters ache most of the time.
Do you think the big bad Wolff therory has anything to do with it? Did anyone study this law?

It is because the eye is adapted for night vision and fighting in th hull of a ship at a momnets notice! Cones and rods can be culled...bones can grow or shrivell, spines will shrivel without affectionHappy
