still a devious weightlifting bastard Member 43, 14374 posts | Chris got it, but I get your thought process Jonny and I dig it. It does amaze me how I can enjoy something so much that I'm not all that good at. I also hear quite a bit about how running is bad for you, but all of it from people who don't run. Dicks.

Most of the things I enjoy I am not very good at - which is probably just as well!

Whilst I feel pretty much the same, there's a bit of me that put's it into perspective enough to tell myself that all things considered I'm doing alright. Either way it's a liberating feeling. Wayne Cowdrey winning workout tonight. 22 Press ups with a 15k on my back. That's it.

Walk your talk Member 5, 25557 posts Administrator | running is great , its good for you and it doesn't matter at what speed you go .... just getting out there and having a run makes you feel great ! I'm doing the warrington half marathon this sunday , and I will enjoy every minute of it (except the part where they send you thru the rugby stadium so garmin signal drops out, causing the run to be less than a half marathon distance on strava)

And make sure you get it on Athlinks.
