**INSERT BACON TAGLINE** Member 3502, 1009 posts SQ 240, BP 157.5, DL 275672.5 kgs @ 110kgs UnEq | Not strictly training related update: Had food poisoning over the weekend, fought through it and trained like the absolute moron that I am, I'm better now but have managed to lose 2kg. Decided to run with this: 300-600 kcal deficit on rest days, lower calories over all VERY slowly. Higher fat proportion on rest days too, and more cardio added (mostly walking), see if I can get to 97 at lowest. I'm competing in september and would like to "eat up" to the comp as opposed to cutting which I normally end up doing. Plus, going on holiday in June and being 100+ in hot weather with lots of walking ain't the best. | ||
