f**ked off about my back being tweaked, hopefully I can squat tomorrow night. Might have to belt up for them. In hindsight should have just chopped it at the triple with 190 and just done the 3x3 with 175. Back feels okay today, will have to monitor and assess over the next 24 hours.

Noticed I twist myself somewhat when benching heavier/ for reps towards my limit and my right side is taking more of the load, I think some feet up benching my help correct this. The twisting appears to be from my torso, pushing my right side towards the ceiling and my left side down.

Took it easy, knee has been a bit weird this week, either muscular imbalance or patellar tracking issue most likely. My sumo looks and feels far better than my conventional at the moment, going to persevere with training both as it'll only be beneficial. Plus I'm still stronger conventional which is odd but such is strength training!
