Decided to have another crack on here.For anyone that's not the grand total of 3 people that read my old journal I'll give a bit of background here.... I'm a 23 year old scottish bloke studying medicine in Limerick, Ireland. I attempt to compete in powerlifting and the odd strongman comp when it suits me, just trying to be as strong and muscular as I can whilst staying u105kg and currently drug-free (for anyone that gives a s**t about that last part). Currently experimenting with layne nortons reverse diet protocol for anyone interested.
