Cheers. Glute's still niggling, hurt a bit warming up, that's why I kept the squats light, but was fine when I got going. Felt great for deads, which doesn't happen often, so thought I'd chance a max pull while the getting was good!

Yesterday>

Deadlift: up to 260kg
Bench (buffalo bar): 3x10
Incline DB's: 3x10
Incline Smith: 3x10
Decline DB's: 3x10
Cable fly: 7x10 (30 sec rest)

Done. Nothing too exciting weight wise, just getting reps in.
Gym deadlift record is 315kg, so i'll have to get that over the coming weeks/months.

BHN seated strict: 10x 60,60,60
DB lat raise: 8 sets 10-20
BHN press standing: 3 sets 30
Rear delts: 3 sets 10
Seated DB shoulder press: 7 sets 10, 30 sec rest.

Home. Heavy then pumpy, ok session.

Good stuff Ben, not sure if i'm more impressed with your 300 beltless deadlift last wk-end or the fact you can get to the gym at 5am to train. Might try and get the odd session in at Results soon.

Get used to early training after a couple of weeks- love Thursday/Friday 0500 morning sessions now, sets me up nicely for the day.

Cheers Rodge. Beltless just feel better for deads, never get quite as tight with a belt on for some reason, and it messes up the lift.

Tri pull downs: 3x10
Reverse grip Tri pull downs: 7x10 (30 sec between sets)
EZ curl SS BB wrist curl: 3x10
EZ preacher SS Hammer Curl: 3xF
OH cable curls: 7x10 (30 sec between sets)

Good- so pumpy I couldn't bend my arms for a bit after..... Dipping PB too Happy

Leg press, 30sec on 30 sec rest: 7 minutes (hard!)
Calf raise SS Nordic curls: 3 sets
Leg curl SS leg ext: 3 sets.

Decent. Squat was fairly quick, more there for next time.
