Calves

Poor for the wrong reasons.
New leg press meant no floor space for deads and had to do rack pulls.
Only s**tty bar available with next to no grip and barely able to hold on to 320, couldn't go heavier but felt like it was there.
New gym or new training time needed.
Moan over.

All done beltless.
Need to back off a little and also get some treatment, pain in my left knee and lower left back.

All done beltless, 6 weeks to World's, hopefully steady weekly progress.

All done beltless, 180 was harder than I'd like.
Found out the day my class lifts at the Worlds in 6 weeks has changed, options are to shell out for a change of flights/hotel or lift in the 100 kg class.
