New leg press meant no floor space for deads and had to do rack pulls. Only s**tty bar available with next to no grip and barely able to hold on to 320, couldn't go heavier but felt like it was there. New gym or new training time needed. Moan over. | ||

Found out the day my class lifts at the Worlds in 6 weeks has changed, options are to shell out for a change of flights/hotel or lift in the 100 kg class. | ||
