did some upper body bodybuilding s**t, Side raises, incline, seated shoulder press, push downs, rows and pull downs. will do same for lower body tomorrow then back to events the weekend.

What mobility s**t was that? Despite my deadlift efforts, or lack there of, my hips felt solid on the speed squats doing that band and sitting leg stretch s**t. Have a look in the link in here for the bodybuildingREV squat mobility youtube thing... I'm feeling very loose from the waist down. From the waist up, however.... FML!

Got a new squat suit today just for playing about in, single ply centurion it's pretty loose though.
