Visiting my parents this weekend so I trained at Enzo's body active gym near Harlow. good to train on different kit especially pressing on a tough log to press

Arm Over Arm
wanted to work on arm recovery speed on this today so tied the rope to 3 green bands and pulled them f0r 5 sets. Was a great exercise, would recommend.
