today, still jet lagged and got a cough/cold from the recirculated plane air and all the s**te travelling. Took about 30hrs to get home...taxi, wait, 8 hrs plane ride, 4hr layover in russia, 4hrs to heathrow, tube journey to KGX, deleayed train....2.5hrs train to Hull

so 2030 Beijing time to around 1800 English time.

Did they prefer a pop from the hips or a sweep the thigh motion.....?

on the third set i basically fainted on the last rep, never had this before but i guess these are getting me used to heavy weights across the chest!

Had a long year so decided to take some time just doing what I enjoy. I've had around 6 competitions, including a big build up for the British and 2 weeks in china.

Today:
2xpower snatch + 2xhang snatch

110 x 2+2, 2+2 (deadlift + pull)

Power jerk

Back squat

Steady reps. Keeping form & not bouncing too much.

Single leg jumps
Pull ups
Back extension
Abs.

15min steady warm up

10x 100-150m sprints from standstill.

10 minute circuit with flying start sprints.

10min cool down.

I've thought about doing something similar but not sure when to slot it in so as not to affect any of my training.
