Slimsi guilt tripped me into doing some logging again.

Snatch is f**king me off - fix that.
Clean and jerks feeling ok - carry on
Pulls are good
Squats are good cause they're easy.

Aiming to try & get more coaching in the future. It's once a week atm so guna try n double that this week

Been stretching n doing some mobility s**t everyday. Might've helped not really sure lol Happy

Snatched 100
Clean n jerked 128
Jerked 135 from blocks.
Cleaned 131.

Today I failed 90k snatch, did 67.5x2x3 sets

Clean n jerked 110, 115, 120 then did another at 100kgs

Deadlifted 150x2x5

FSqt 125x3x5

Dumbbell press
Ab roll outs.

Pretty s**te. Training is all over, but it should come good.

Can't believe training is too much all over the place. It looks like there's been some significant improvements over the last few months to get to 100/128.

Si it's hit n miss. 2 easy singles at 90 after 3@86. Then not being able to hit it this week. Got some heavy workouts coming up so I'm trying to make it over to Ed for my snatch sessions and snatch/c&j sessions. The ones that matter.

Anyone fancy training together on the 15th? I'll travel. Just for a bit of change of scenery n maybe bump up the training.

It might just be accumulative fatigue mate if you've been training like a beast? Maybe a few lighter sessions and then building the intensity back up gradually might help?

Unfortunately, weekends are pretty much a no go for me these days as I've either got my 2 kiddie winks with me or I'm with my woman.

Possibly mate. Not going too mad today. Been sleeping and eating well. Dropped to 77.5 on a night. I'll see how it goes Grin

Flatbed crashed into my new car lol ace. Such an inconvenience.

Trained anyway cause I crashed outside my gym.

Snatch + 2 from hang - bar, 40, 40, 50, 60, 70, 75x5 sets.

Clean and jerk - 100, 110, 115x1x5 (repsxsets)

Hang snatch pull - 60, 80, 85x3x5

Back squat - 150x3x5

Weighted squat jumps - 50kgx5x3
Dips - 12x3
OHS (fingers inside rings) barx5x3
Ab roll out - 10x3
Back extension + 10kg - 10x3

Stretching.
