Power clean and jerk 6x2 70-80% 50 x 3, 2, 2 60 x 2 70 x 2 77 x 2, 2 83 x 2, 2, 2, 2, not bad. got stuff to work on! Jerk Dips 4x3 125% 140 x 3 150 x 3, 3, 3, 3 on the third set i basically fainted on the last rep, never had this before but i guess these are getting me used to heavy weights across the chest! I've had around 6 competitions, including a big build up for the British and 2 weeks in china. Today: 2xpower snatch + 2xhang snatch 40, 40 50, 50 60 70, 70, 70, 70 Snatch Pulls 100x4, 4 110 x 2+2, 2+2 (deadlift + pull) Power jerk 100x 3, 3, 3, 3 Back squat 140x 3, 3, 3, 3 Steady reps. Keeping form & not bouncing too much. Single leg jumps Pull ups Back extension Abs. | ||
