I'm sure he wouldn't mind me saying.but when I spoke to him he said he prefers the stiffer bar as its slightly harder (no bounce I guess) why make the exersise easier. And due to the way he deads I can understand why.

Totally different styles will probably produce a result within 10kg of each other when all said and done.

only 5 tonight can be upto 10 start at 5:30 was done by 7:30 tonight squats then deadlifts

Benni's got to be huge favourite if he's pulled an easy 410 today. 300 for 1 seems a bit light to me at this stage. Especially just for a single.

Thats not too bad then Lee thought it would be longer.

normally id agree about 300 but

1. its andy bolton and hes trained like this for years
2. that was the fastest 300 ive ever seen
