jerking is obviously great, Member 2521, 4817 posts SQ 240, BP 160, DL 290690.0 kgs @ 111kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 10.08.2014 @ 11:04 AM by Terminator He worked up to about 5 or 6 plates in the warm up and then said that his back was still tight from maxing the week before. The deadlift comp was the highlight for sure, was a shame that so many got injured. Honestly thought Eddie was out after he first dropped 435 kg, couldn't believe it when he doubled the weight, and the roof came off when he pulled 461 kg ! Great performance from Thor to win Wayne_Cowdrey said:Why didn't Brian lift? Incredible lifting from Ed!!!

Ive never seen so many carpet carrying retards in all my life. You have your daughters tshirt on, You`re amazing ? I have no problem with the look if that's what they want to achieve. But a few of the big chaps just looking at me like they wanted to EAT me ? How dare I watch this show I`ve only been training Wing Chun for 15 years I`m sure that 1 MPH haymaker would knock me clean out. A very strange following. Well have to agree on there were quite a few carrying carpets lol but it seemed like a great crowd all in all and very diverse with from kids to oaps, its great that the sport is getting the attention, do you think maybe you are a being a little paranoid.the only person threatening violence is you,it seems as though you are carrying your own carpet metaphorically speaking.please don't take that the wrong way I'm trying to give you food for thought.I think it great that you do wing chun and you have the discipline to stick to for so long, but any martial art will always teach never to under estimate your opponent grass hopper :-) :-) :-)

31.6 and Obese !! Get in.... Member 869, 1355 posts SQ 320, BP 200, DL 310830.0 kgs @ 97.5kgs Eq | Tremendous day - Couple of worthless observations. Great consistant display for Hix, very impressive. To see so many drop out through injury, but witness Felix go the distance is testament to the man, great athlete, the guy keeps forgetting to get weaker with every passing birthday. Ed Hall is something else, gutted to see him drop out, affected the rest of the afternoon as the crowd loved him, just what the sport needs. The highlight of the day for me by far was seeing Ed f**k up his 435 on the first attempt, then get his head together and pull a second, conducting an interview at lockout. Legend. Forward hold is s**t. Watching an event being filmed for TV gets on my tits, I have learned ! I'd like to know what peoples thoughts are on Andy B. I've since heard him state his strap slipped ? I've read some believe he wasnt centred on the bar ? Either way, is it out of the question to have another go straight after ? (Assuming this is the problem). Ed did 2 at 435. He'd also pulled the 420 that Andy skipped. Ed also had a comp to do straight after this. Andy'd day was over, why not have a go, you're in your own back yard, Deadlift is what you are all about, its your big f**king day... have another go for f**ks sake...
