I appreciate this is nothing massive in the realms of sugden, with people overhead pressing as much/more, but I'm so so freaking happy with this squat PB, 10kg more than I would have been happy with today, I had to share it. Enjoy the fight!!!

Thanks man, where do u usually train?? I'm off back to Hull tmoro or Wednesday but will have to arrange a session.

Currently living in Sc**thorpe, so I train at Force 10 there most of the time. Train at the powerlifting club in Horncastle once a week and then whenever I stay at friends' in Lincoln or find myself there due to work I train at Evolution.

Sounds good man, let me know when you're next in Lincolnshire and I'm sure could sort something out.

Very strong at that bodyweight.

The sugden mongs can make it seem not impressive but it really is. You are right to be proud.

Cheers. like 2.25times bodyweight so very happy. Chasing 200kg this year now. to put 20kg nearly on a squat in 2 months is like beginner gainz all over again.
