Tried squatting and ended up doing 95% of the work on my left leg. Canned it there. OH Standing DB Press - worked up to 5rm, then did 5 x 10. Seated Rows LatPulldowns Pull-ups Facepulls Bicep Curls Neck work. Off to the doctors, I suppose - not looking forward to the diagnosis. I am actually quite worried. | ||

Once the knee gets sorted, I will spend the rest of my training time like this. | ||
