Facepulls - 3 x 20
DB Bench - 3 x 5 x 30kg
Neck Harness - Lots.

Thursday (pm) - Run for 20 minutes.

Right knee is in bits.

Tried squatting and ended up doing 95% of the work on my left leg. Canned it there.

OH Standing DB Press - worked up to 5rm, then did 5 x 10.
Seated Rows
LatPulldowns
Pull-ups
Facepulls
Bicep Curls
Neck work.

Off to the doctors, I suppose - not looking forward to the diagnosis. I am actually quite worried.

Boxing - spoke to a new coach, who recommended that everything I do from now until the fight, is based around two minutes, with 45 seconds rest (other than max lifts).

Once the knee gets sorted, I will spend the rest of my training time like this. Happy
