Thought about keeping track with training so might aswell do it on here... been injured past 6 month with knee problems and small pec tear, nearly recovered. Weight dropped from 115kg to 107kg at the moment still trying to get a few more kg's off before going 100%. Aim is to try and get better at everything.

Qualify for Englands Strongest Man Under 105kg.

09/02/14 zero carb yesterday and second squat session back since my knee problem, weight 105kg, felt drowsy but had a good session
