Bench press was fast with those weights as it should be and the speed deads were absolutely rapid. Speed has always eluded me even when lifting lower percentages, so its something I'm trying to improve! | ||

The 170kg fail was more embarassing than anything. I think I got a bit overconfident because my squatting has been going well, didn't stay tight enough and basically just fell over at the bottom. | ||
