13:11 - quite pleased with that time. A challenge, but I feel I can improve on it quickly. Crossfit fo lyf.

Then did a load of stuff for calves, biceps, traps and abs. Real vanity session. Enjoyed it.

I don't actually train at a Crossfit gym, or do that kind of thing often. However, once in a while I like the challenge of some CrossFit type stuff. You're not going to see me logging a 'kipping pullup' or snatch for 37 reps any time soon though!
