Deadlift 70kg x 21 -> Box Jump x 21 70kg x 15 -> Box Jump x 15 70kg x 9 -> Box Jump x 9 70kg x 5 -> Box Jump x 5 13:11 - quite pleased with that time. A challenge, but I feel I can improve on it quickly. Crossfit fo lyf. Then did a load of stuff for calves, biceps, traps and abs. Real vanity session. Enjoyed it. | ||
