Only been trying this new approach of doing lots of singles for a week, but it feels like it might work out quite well.

Much better today; squats continue to feel really strong. Bench press was fast with those weights as it should be and the speed deads were absolutely rapid. Speed has always eluded me even when lifting lower percentages, so its something I'm trying to improve!

Everything went really well this evening. Happy boy.
My head didn't try to explode when I did the 6 reps with 140kg either which was nice. I'd like to say I can do 140kg for 10. Maybe some time soon if I don't get any more brain injuries.
