Andy- Yea I would be happy.
Squats are still an unknown quantity as Ive never done assistance work for them and only started back on them 3 months ago.
Im Proberably one of the few looking forward to doing then in the southern qualifiers

Meet up with a pt friend of mine Chris from dream fittenss to work on my clean and jerk:
We spent 45 minutes doing multiple sets of multiple reps on 40k.
This have helped my tec already, thanks Chris
Off to Sheppy now to do deadlifts with my oldest friend, the mighty John Moss.

Deadlifts: strap and beltless
90k x 5
105k x 5
140k x 3
170k x 3
185k x 3
215k x 4 beltless pb at a gym where I had to slow negative, this cost me a rep or so and took Andys advice and kept some in the tank
Speed deadlifts:
150k x 3 repearted for 6 sets
Bentover rows:
100k x 12
120k x 8 pb?
100k x 12
80k x 12
100k x 8
Hypers:
body x 15
plus 80 x 12
plus 100 x 8
plus 100 x 8
rc situps:
bw x 15
plus 16k x 12
plus 20k x 12
plus 22k x 12
hammer curls 4 sets of 8 reps
Shrugs:
110k x 12
150k x 12
180k x 12
then cramp in quads so stopped, from morning cleans?

Was nice to train with my mate.
Also, if I has dropped the deadlift I would have gone though the floor. This made me pay attention to the neggative rep and I did them slow. this added an extra dynamic and Im sure that can only be a benifit in the long run.
Indeed, I may start throwing some neggatives in at the end of my back sessions like the old skool boys did way back

Thanks Andy.Squats feel strong again,
Knees a bit stiff though, which is far from normal for me. Will keep an eye on this and may cut fronties for a while if need be.
