Member 1307, 14110 posts SQ 355, BP 240, DL 370965.0 kgs @ 102kgs UnEq | Thank you very much guys Today WOD Something horrific my crossfit friend did, he beat me by 2 minutes It was Burpees 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10 Clean 5. 4. 3 2. 1 1 2 3 4 5 Burpees 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10 Pull ups 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 5. 4. 3. 2. 1 Cleans @ 60kg Took 22 minutes . It goes down. So 10 burpee, 5 cleans 10 burpee 1 pull up then move onto next round. Cleans go down then up pull ups up then down . Horrible. Then Row 1 minute 30 second KB swing 30 seconds rest 5 rounds x | ||

Today Bleep test up to 9.6 Then Death by 100kg push press. Got 6 rounds. If I had wrist wraps could of done 7/8 i think . Then push press 110kg x 5 120kg x 5 WOD Elizabeth 5:28 this was really s**t . Head wasn't in it for some reason kept giving up lol. Will do it agin and make sure I best this time ! It's 21-15-9 60kg clean & ring dips Then 3 x 8 ring pull ups x | ||
