Low volume, low intensity, then? I like the sound of that!

I was wondering why he was filming what looked like an easy set of 3 and if he talked about it in the video. The "10 sets" question was rhetorical.

It's funny how you can go on youtube and find a video which says military press but never really is a military press but with klokov he doesn't mention if his lift is strict but it almost always is.

It isn't an easy set, he probably couldn't have done more than 1 more, so it will be close to a 90% effort for the day, for a triple. Add in that he does that level of effort every day, 5-6 days a week, there is your high intensity each day with low volume daily = a very solid workload for a week. If you train every day, especially similar movements, its crazy to do high volume in each session.
