I would also like to recommend Tom Hibbert.

My Name is Lee Forbister; some of you will know who I amů I have been working with Tom since the recovery of my hand operations.

I can tell you from firsthand experience I am very impressed with the amount of knowledge Tom has and his love for the sport of Strongman. In only a matter of weeks I have learnt plenty of things that will help me get to where I want to be, from the program he has designed pacifically for me, to nutrition and supplementation.

Anyone who is new to lifting and interested in getting stronger without wasting years in the gym, contact Tom and you will be pleasantly surprised with the progress you will make, he will help you with every aspect of what it takes to go from a regular gym member to competing in your first strongman competition. If you already compete he will get the best out of you and take you to that next level.

I would highly recommend Tom to anyone interested in his services and you will not be disappointed.

He is waiting for a suit being delivered, might work for him might not, possibility of increasing his raw deadlift...

Hows he supposed to do that?? Almost nobody can and he's only recently done the american deadlift record (meaning he's far from peaked right now).

I am waiting for Jyrki to email me this week about what is happening with the US Worlds... if it is going to be drug-tested and if the qualifiers need to be drug-tested etc...
Either way I am not running anything myself... but hopefully the the rotation system will continue... so ESM in the Midlands (or South if nobody to run it in the Midlands) and then BSM in England... but with people getting invites to Europe's and Champions Leaugues etc from random comps maybe that will all fall away?
Hopefully whoever runs BSM will make it good enough that people will want to qualify regardless of what it leads to.
Who wouldn't want to be Britain's Strongest Man???

Surely that would cost a fortune?

Still 172.5 isn't it - what you reckon your good for now?

Training best 160, competition time (more supplements) 170. should have a good crack at 175 next year. never had max log in a comp yet since my first in 2012
