This thread raises more questions than answers.
1. OP, what were you doing digging up posts from 2007? Got a time machine? Its 2013.
2. Are you the only Lewis Mitchell in strongman? If not this thread has no purpose.
3. Sounds childish to be laying the blame on some old training partner/current Sugden member. Suppose they are innocent?
