can lift more than you
can bench press "insert who gives a f**k amount here"
is f**king massive, he makes you look small (when said mate/lad is a good 50kg lighter lol)
is well harder than you like

How can you lift so much
I just can't seem to get any bigger (whilst eating 1500 calories of clean food a day)
I'm doing lower reps to try and get stronger (proceeds to do 4 sets of 8)
I'm doing higher reps to try and get leaner (proceeds to do 4 sets of 8)
Yeah I'm doing 5x5
How often do you train shins (said to me whilst i'm doing calf raises)

I always get the old timers talk to me well i say old timers there usually in there 40's and they say
"When i was your age i could lift that or more than that" lol

It's amazing the amount of people, middle aged women particularly who think that all someone has to do to look like an Olympia contestant is purchase a tub of whey from Holland and Barrett.
Hence the reason ridiculous supplements such as 'womens protein powder' exist. Costs the same as regular whey, just has half the protein and half the calories per scoop. Because if they use the mens stuff they'll look like a drag queen on trenbolone, overnight, obviously.

Id be as strong as you if I trained all the time
Protein shakes make you fat
My brother saying that our lower backs could handle similar strain before giving out without realising the can strengthen

Something about being able to beat me in a fight because im too slow. Had a few variations on that one but once it came from my mates middle aged, skinny fat drunken uncle. He was going on about his speed as though he was an elite athlete and legit thought he could beat me in a fight

I get this all the time. It's as if people don't think I can understand size otherwise.
I got told about this one lad who was much bigger than me (I'm 6'5"and 145kg) when I saw him he was 5'8" at a push and maybe 75kg.
