Stetec | What's your best high calorie but healthy shake recipes? | 05-01-2012 @ 10:56
Thing thinks he can decide what goes here. He cant Member 354, 1452 posts | Should have put this in the nutrition section really but not sure how many people look there... Santa brought me a cool new blender with more attachments than I can figure out so gonna start adding some high quality shakes/blends to supplement my diet. Had quite a lay off from training so want to get back into it with the diet/supplement side of things sorted. Don't just want to load up on fatty foods though as due to health problems I need to keep as low a fat level as possible. So healthy but high calorie shake ideas if you will please! One I've been using lately: 3/4 cup porridge oats 1 medium bananananananana 2 cups of skimmed milk 2 tea spoons honey Teaspoon peanut butter Scoop of whey protein. Not sure how many calories that would be?
