No, I have Lee's old single ply suit which I was using straps down and wraps, I have double ply metal breifs which I used last time Lee did a build up, I got my 300 squat in the breifs and 2m wraps. I have 2.5m wraps now too, that was the first session in them.
I will try briefs and suit straps down next week probably.

Some shoulder stuff to stretch off and that was that for tonight, time for a work volume decrease now we are getting closer.

Note: Jordana is a lightweight, she gayed out of tonight and although I cannot call her a fag being a blondie girlie, I can say she is a wuss and lazy (lol she is more like the f**king enigizer bunny)

I go about 2-3inches in from my regular grip bench, but I don't arch as I do when I bench normally and I really put emph pulling in the elbows as much as possible.
