Not unless it is by doing 320 x 2 or somthing which I think is a little too much for me this time around. 3 training sessions left so my king pro Suit goes on next week and it will really be heavyish speed type work from here on in followed by a week off before meet.
Somthing like
1 - 280 x 3/290 x 2/3
2 - 290 x 3/ 300 x 2/3
3 - 300 x 3/ 310 x 2

Just see how it goes i suppose.

Lee makes dumbbells for other gyms too, so his set goes upto somthing like 150kg dumbbells.

I am indeed going GPC this year, partially as I live in Bostin B'ham and botha qualifier and the worlds are there this year, financially it is the best option and I have a wee little lad to be thinking of first and foremost.

As for lifts, hmm, squat is a variable at the moment due to equipment, stance changes etc. I hope to hit 320/330 on the 13th April, I would love to do a 365 in the worlds to break the 800lb barrier.
Bench is a good lift for me, much as I hate benching. Will aim for a 240/250 on the 13th and then see how it goes, I do have a thought in the back of my head to have a pop at 272.5 in the worlds. I am still relativly new to equipment so I think its not an out of reach target.
Deadlift wise not so sure, will pop again for 320ish on the 13th then as for the worlds I have no idea, 340 at least I hope, in the next two years I want an 800lber (363kgs) as there are not so many members of the 800lb deadlift club, especially not in the 110 and below weight class.

Of course its all hear say until its done so will just see how it goes.
