 My opinions have run their course Member 694, 3112 posts | Have a good one lads I worked this morning so couldn't train. Now I am back down in England for the weekend. I gotta be honest I wanted to see my daughter more than I wanted to train lol. Deadlifting this weekend anyway. Enjoy it and baldy I haven't got that on video lol I do however think I caught the sound of baldy and ians morale being demolished by my loading skills | ||

finally got a tagline Member 1190, 2812 posts SQ 300, BP 200, DL 350850.0 kgs @ 105kgs UnEq | doing some "heavy" overhead today from racks, couple of sets of cleans then a few sets of one arm db press with 60, see how many i can get then home to rest for saturdays events then the week off til comp... so excited | ||
