My advice (even if you dont want it, your having it LOL ):-
You have no need to worry about log - you will place top 5
Hammer Farmers/Medley/Arm-arm until comp. That is where you may lose points. In a big field like that, you cant afford places outside top 10 in more than 1 event as gives you too much gound too make up

s**t today! i think i need to put some real hard work in, instead of these singles im getting to caught up in chasing p.b's when there not there.

mate, if you are on day shifts some weeks, and training in the evening, give me a shout and lets put some graft in!
