1x185 - PB - not so comfy, but solid! First squat PB(s) since September 2007!!!! GrinGrin

1x120 - comfy, but not 130 in there yet I don't think. Was tempted to go 125, but left it. Came for the squat pb and bagged it, so just finished off and saved myself for Thursday.

Another PBtastic night at the unit! Not all as safely in The Bag as the squat PB's, but were bagged all the same, albeit with a bit more graft on the night.

Fronties
w/up w/bar
6x60
2x100
1x120
1x135
1x145 - PB, solid rep, just starts to feel brutal when unracked.

Axle press
10x35
5x65
1x85
1x95 - didn't feel great
fx105 - f**k it! Got close but quads cramped up during the press and had to throw it.
1x105 - f**king grinder, but nailed! PB

Deadifts
5x100
2x140
1x170
1x200 - didn't feel as good as it should have
1x225 - PB, and not as hard as I'd expected. Last lift/session of the routine, so thought f**k it, give it a bash. Went above knees quick enough, and a wee bit h***hing to lock the f**ker out.

That's it, wiped out now, but really please with the routine. Funnily enough, I stuck to it for 8 weeks or however long it was, and it was one that I'd come up with myself, but the one which I've got the best gains off in about the last 3 years!

Gained

10kg on squat
5kg on deadlift
5kg on front squat
2.5kg (sounds like f**k all! Happy) on overhead

I'll take it!
