got a full range of motion on my leg again now and in everyday movements pain is minimal.

plan is a super slow build up with high reps to build up tissue around the hamstring as there is not much there as far as I can feel. not sure if that is optimal but seems logical to me.

cautious return to log pressing - no problems encountered. my conditioning is fuct tho. first time ive got my heart properly working in 3 weeks and it felt it. needed to do some work though as I plan to gorge myself on turkey, roast potatoes and pavlova later.

Full reps with log would have tested the hamstring. Good news that there was no problem Happy

Plus 20kg on the axle hang is a big jump! You should see if you've had much carry over to Inch pick-ups Happy

did my cleans lazy style. the feeling I have with it is that its explosive movements that are the most risky. was playing some basketball at school the other day and directional changes didnt feel good on it.

good call with the inch pick ups. will dig the light one out and do some grip work on it.
