So today ive been lifting more with the back at the start of the lift...Seem to do the trick as i didnt hit the knees once and the lifts felt pretty good, ill take that for the win | ||

So i jumped in a session with me old training partner Andy, my only problem was i knew i wasn't properly rested and i paid for it in the session. As soon as i got to 130 i knew i wasn't at my best and the first 140 was a grind, im pretty confident id be good for a 145 on a good day. Anyhow back to lighter fives next week to build back up again | ||
