So many fookin poofs in the world that the only person tough enough to have a go is a tiny woman in her 70s ......Its not the size of the dog in the fight it is the size of the fight in the dog ....brilliant

Well, the shock of the moment hits people and curiosity takes over which usually leads to hesitation.
If these guys weren't chancers from the local estate and the type which organise robberies, super gran would have been felled in one punch and the window cages wouldn't be dropped as they would be inside ransacking the place.

I certainly admire the ladies bravery, although she is a little foolish IMO
I would always hope a good samiritan would get invloved when it comes to someone being hurt, be that assaulted or whateva (I certianly would)
But in a case of theft (as in a store, not an individual)...leave them too it IMO (again, I would), the shop is insured

And if she had been attacked, we'd have had the Chief Constable on the news pleading with the public to heed it as a warning not to be a have-a-go hero.
As it is, some of you are rounding on those that did the sensible thing (not put themselves at risk by getting involved) and calling them 'poofs', like their sexuality has anything to do with it.
On the one hand I'm glad Super Gran was not hurt, but part of me also wishes someone had put her on her wrinkly old arse.

I have only tried to be a have a go hero once, and got a knife pulled on me... shrank back into my ballsack at that point! In hindsight I wish I had gone for the fella as he was off his head and maybe I could have got it off him but I think the sensible side of me thought 'is it worth it'... especially when 'all' he had done was kick my neighbours car.
