Finished off with some band pull aparts and face pulls.

Finally shaken off the doms and got things rolling, im definitely starting light i want to really nail my squat this time round especially with my top half and stopping my hands from moving on the bar between reps. Squats again Wednesday and Friday.

On the pull ups pulling 19st+ is a lot harder than expected and will hopefully work to eventually being able to do them unassisted.

Cheers gents its only been a couple of sessions but im actually starting to get a little buzz about getting home and training, its been a long time since iv had any kind of enjoyment from it lol.

Pressing has taken a massive hit and i find that doing the military press seated hits my core hard and i can feel it in my lats aswell.

Got pressing again on Thursday and Saturday.

Deadlifts were a struggle tonight but i think that was more to do with my legs being fatigued from Monday. Pressing again tomorrow and more squatting again Friday.

Lol it didnt feel like it my legs were trembling with every rep but its mainly to shake off the rust until i go back to it in a month or two but the main focus is my squatting and just getting strength levels back up.

No training yesterday and today its my little boys 3rd birthday so its been a bit hectic ill either get in tomorrow or back to it Monday, need to see what family plans are happening this weekend.

Had a good weekend and my little boy got spoilt rotten but having all those germ factories around has infected me with a chest infection.

I managed to do a little bit of squatting but couldnt manage to get through the whole session.

Finally recovered from the dreaded man flu and decided to have a change of direction me and my lass decided to do a circuit with some weights followed by a lap around the block after every round.

I honestly thought i was going to have a heart attack lol but iv decided ill be doing a bit more training this way i want to improve on my fitness.

I hate that stuff because it shows me how unfit I really am. Hat off to you mate for wanting to do it again, nasty stuff. I've been giving my newbies barbell complexes to do and it's working a treat although they keep coming back so need t push harder.

Some decent sessions there mate, good to see home training may be working for you. Sometimes it feels strange and can be difficult to get in the mood for it when you aren't at a public gym as sometimes being there amongst it can give you a lift, but the plusses of having on your door step and being able to use chalk, bang weights (unless its upstairs Happy) play your own music all outweighs any downsides which to be fair there aren't many as even the cost balances out over time!

lol i really suffered but i would like to be able to do things without feeling like im going to have a heart attack and id like to get my weight back down to a more healthy level.

Not done any complexes yet but once i get a bit more fitter i might give the bear complex another go. lol you need to make the complexes harder or heavier if your not getting that feeling that your about to die then you havent done it right.
