I didnt do my new routine tonight as it was a really hectic day at work which wasnt made easier with the heat.

Kept the reps comfortable but even the first few sets felt a bit heavier than they should have.

Not so busy tomorrow so hoping to get in nice and early to squat.

Got in nice and early today so really hammered it, stairs are going to be fun tomorrow lol.

I used a different leg press machine this one was different from the linear machine, 200kg was a lot harder on this one but i think ill stick with it because it allows me to use the same foot position as my squat.

Lol getting that beach body i always wanted.

Im focusing more on incline now as my flat bench is already good but this is pitiful in comparison plus im hoping a stronger incline will carry over onto my overhead stuff.

Cheers mate it does feel good to be back without any stress of aiming for a comp and my shoulder and bicep is feeling relatively good for once.

lol i really hope the squat starts moving again i think its been 2 years since i hit 225kg and i havent been near it since.

Havent been training at all this week thanks to my very generous germ infested kids they have infected me and i havent been able to eat or hold anything down this week.

Fingers crossed ill be back in the gym next week but ill repeat week 2 just to shake off any rust from this week.

Todays gym session didnt go as expected i thought i was fine i haven't had an issue today with eating or feeling sick but loaded the viking press up with 40kg and manged to complete 2 sets of 10 before having to leg it to the toilet to throw up Unhappy

I think its going to be another few days before i get back to training and if i have some time in the week im going to book in with the docs.

Sounding rough mate Unhappy hope it clears up soon, sounds bad.
