Impressive stuff, still looking beastly I see if somewhat more streamlined.

Well maybe you just need something new. How is the boxing going? It will be sad to see you move on if you do go but if there's no joy in it for you then whats the point.

Had to stop the boxing as it was causing issues with my shoulder.

The thing is i do want to compete again and do want to get strong again theres just something missing, i feel sluggish and lethargic when i get in the gym and i know its not fatigue as i had a good sleep last night and finished at 12 today with nothing heavy at all.

Training has been a bit hit or miss the last 2 weeks because of work and looks like it will be a bit hectic again this week as i have a few private jobs to catch up on aswell.

I managed a quick shoulder session tonight and hopefully ill get in again atleast twice more this week ill start logging again from next week.

Iv decided that when my gym membership is up on the 4th of next month that i wont be renewing it with work being a bit up and down its hard to be consistent so iv been looking at buying my own squat rack, bar and plates and converting my garage.

I took some measurements last night and even though its going to be a tight fit its more than doable ill be going to get some rubber matting when i have time.

Th only downside will be overhead press ill have to do this seated but if the weather is nice i can move it outside.

Might be the best thing for you mate. I know it's what I prefer, you can run on your own schedule. I can just about get a 7' bar in but an 8' would be too much. Do you have luxuries like heat and light?

Goodman, this is what I did years ago. Was good as can train whenever and play my music etc.

Also I have to press inside unless weather is good, but still did the job.

Yeah i think your right mate your set up looks good and your definitely consistent i dont think iv read about you missing sessions unless it couldnt be helped. I have lighting and half of the garage was converted into an office which has heating which im hoping to put some cardio equipment in there.

Ha no excuses then.

I like to browse ebay for equipment

http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/Strength-Training-Weights-/28066/i.h...

If you sort by distance you can get some good deals. Weights are too heavy to post so depends how far you want to go to collect. I've got about 200kg in dumbbells and standard plates from ebay. Must have cost be about £50 all in.
