Work needs to be done. Push Press 5x60kg 3x70kg 3x75kg 10x80kg 10x80kg 1x90kg 1x100kg Power Cleans 5x60kg 2x70kg 2x80kg 2x90kg 2x90kg Strict Press 8x70kg 8x70kg 6x70kg 1x75kg 1x80kg Barbell Holds - No Chalk 140kg x 20 Seconds 140kg x 20 Seconds 140kg x 20 Seconds Seated Tricep Pushdowns 8x120kg 8x120kg 8x120kg Standing Tricep Pushdowns 3x8 @ Cant Remember Weights Bike 10 Minutes @ Steady Pace Numbers may not look great but tonight ive started a modified Ed Coan Squat routine for push press. Power cleans and grip have always been s**te and will require some graft over winter. Again, feels good to be back training. | ||
