Getting pissed off with the state of the weights room here, plates all over the place and noone paying any respect for the kit, i.e. sitting on the bar while its in the low position of a rack, leaving squat boxes on their side all over. just generally being dickheads.
so i took a few minutes at the end to tidy the place up, thought its better than just complaining, and next time i am in there I will start having a word with/at people who are doing it. most of the lads who do it I am above rank wise anyway so they haven't really got a say (it's not like the awkwardness you might feel in a civvy gym).... some of the others should know better but i still dont mind saying something. not in a good mood tonight lol

Did 45 min bicep session at 0715 this morning. In strength tec later for legs.

2nd session of the day, legs at strength tec this time with Samy

Front Squat
bar x loads to warm-up
60x5

140x1 PB

Farmers (with Rob's new Fat Gripz from Strength Shop)
12m run, so drops and turn around every 12m
weight is per hand

30kg x 24m
40kg x 24m
50 x 24m (one drop right at end lost grip)
60 x 24m

Took fat grips off and did...
100x12m one drop
50kg x 84m (drop and turn every 12m)

Back Squat
25kg x 10
25kg x 10
25kg x 10

Quad Curl 15kg x12x12x12

Good session pleased with the frontie PB, that's the end of this 3rd month of 5/3/1 and got some good PBs out of it. As per last month, I don't intend to do a deload week, for the reason that I feel fine and will probably change the exercises for the next period.
Oh and weighed in at 96kg tonight
