Still got a few niggles at the moment, got a problem with my right hip and knee, and left shoulder isnt playing ball, so pretty painful at the moment to train but trying to stick at it with comps coming up

Got BSM U105kg in just over two weeks and BSM Naturals U105kg 2 week after that and not been able to train events. Will try this weekend but I think I will probably make these niggles alot worse, not sure whether to leave training events and still do the comps or pull out at the moment
